See You Next June

My lovely white Angel Bush hydrangea is dying, well that's not correct. The plant isn't dying, just this year's blossoms. This once white and pristine flower is fading to a greenish and rose color. It's rather lovely in it's own way.

Like a exotic runway model that has aged and aged delecately to reveal an inner beauty. The bones are still there, just some details are changed. Not all beauty is young and new...sometimes beauty has wrinkles.

This plant has served us well the whole summer long and deserves its rest. See you next June!
